This book is an edited record of a single series of about twenty-five lectures given in an informal "theological workshop", more than once. These courses started in 1987 at the Goulandris-Horn Foundation and were repeated from time to time either at the cultural company Alsos Grammaton ki Teknon, or at the cultural company Ainos. The latest development of these courses took place in 2018-2019 in the Book and Culture area of ​​En Plo publications, and this series forms the basis of this book.

The method of approaching the text of Revelation has a specific goal: to be a permanent catechesis lesson for adults through Johannine theology. After all, the text itself constitutes a mystical catechism for baptized believers, who have been sealed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit at their baptism.
