Eftichis Bletsas is the author of the book "Cooking Economy", presenter of the shows "Mama's Kitchen", "Food IQ", "Magic Kitchen" and "Happy traveler". He is the founder of the "Positive Energy Academy" and the creator of the show "Music Cooking" which promotes health with educational entertainment. He is a writer, musician, Foodmusic chef, Philosophist while also working as a Nutrition and Positive Energy Life Coach. Its purpose is the nutritional awakening of the world! He comes from Thessaloniki, grew up in Athens and studied in England. He traveled all over Greece and the rest of the world studying every aspect of food and has obtained diplomas in Nutrition, Psychology and Educational Sciences. He has also attended a large number of Nutrition, Healthy Cooking and Psychology seminars. A lifelong learner, he started with a degree in Computer Engineering with a Masters in Informatics, continued with Theater and Music, progressed with distance learning Nutrition abroad and a Psychology Management degree at the Open University. He also completed E-Learning "Educational Psychology" "Food Chemistry and Nutrition Technology" and "Development of Health Education Programs" programs at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is also a graduate of the Anthony Robbins Mastery University & Leadership Mastery, a graduate of the Experts Academy with Brendon Burchard. He has closely attended seminars and speeches by Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Wayne Dyer and Robert Kiyosaki. He reads a book a week which means over 200 related books in the last 5 years. He has collaborated with major television networks, food companies, educational organizations and public bodies in Greece and Cyprus. He constantly holds Cooking workshops for children, "Nutritional Intelligence" lectures, "Positive Energy" seminars and Musical-Cooking performances all over Greece. You can see him singing and cooking on TV shows, culinary celebrations and food festivals. His texts, articles and interviews are constantly published in newspapers, magazines, portals and also on his personal Blog, where he constantly uploads videos, advice, opinions and recipes.
