This book is a challenge - an invitation to the young reader to guess which animal is hidden behind each pair of eyes. It contains 24 animals that correspond to the 24 letters of the alphabet. The answers are given at the bottom of the page with the letters reversed.

The purpose of this book is for children to learn the 24 letters in an audible way. The animals are presented through quatrains that describe their main characteristics.
