Sophia Papathanasis

Sofia Papathanasis was born in Athens in 1974. She graduated in 2007 from the 6th Painting Workshop of the Athens School of Fine Arts, where she studied Painting with Professor T. Patraskidis. He also studied Photography in the corresponding department of T.E.I. Athens from where he graduated in 1998. He attended seminars on children's art and illustration as well as art therapy. Illustrated over ten children's books & cd covers and advertising mockups. At the same time, he is involved in teaching painting to children. He has held three individual exhibitions and participated in various group exhibitions. She lives and works in Egaleo with her husband and their son. Her works are in various private collections and cultural organizations.
