It all started in my small kitchen, among pots and stacks of monthly magazines. My initial love for cooking eventually became my great passion.
My daily occupation and insistence on cooking good, tasty and healthy food was the starting point that evolved into the publication of two books: 1) "Fasting and Lent" and 2) Lenten table.
