Jim Forest was born in the USA in 1941. His journey in Christianity began with Protestantism, passed to Roman Catholicism and found its final port in the Orthodox Church in 1988. He is Secretary of the Orthodox Peace Fellowship and publishes the magazine In Communion. He has written many books, which have been translated into various languages. Today he lives in the Netherlands with his wife Nancy, with whom they have six children.
