The "Synaxari of the Great Port" is a documented testimony of the working young people of the post-war era, their struggle to face the challenges of society at the time and to move forward to a dignified and creative life. At the same time, it presents pages of relevant church ministry of the post-war period. It is a living chronicle of the "Apostolos Paul" Technical School in Piraeus, which operated within the framework of the activities of the Christian project. It offered young workers vocational training, orthodox thinking and ethics. In its 42 years of operation, its numerous graduates staffed Greek industry and shipping with excellent technicians and society with excellent family heads.
