A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE THEMATIC CONTENT OF THE DAY

The stressful situations experienced by the society are inevitably transferred to the family and the school, with the result that the mental state of the students is affected as well as their performance at school. Many children often experience pain and trauma  from a very tender age. Acts of bullying, injustice, rejection, and all kinds of traumatic childhood experiences create negative effects, both short-term and long-term. The heavier the event and the deeper the trauma, the slower its healing.

People who train in forgiveness practice resilience and bravery in order to reverse the contagion of anger and bitterness. They discover the hidden strengths within themselves, their intrinsic value , and learn to transform their trauma into something wonderful and flourish. Each taking responsibility for their behavior, with compassion and empathy for the difficult and irritable other, they decide to join together , thus healing their wounds and making a new meaningful beginning!
