En Plo publications, with the main objective of promoting and disseminating quality books, are organizing, for the 1st year, an Orthodox Christian Book Fair in Chalkida, at the Cultural and Spiritual Center of the Holy Metropolis of Chalkida, on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 October, with a wide variety of orthodox spirituality titles.

Agios Porphyrios and the Polyclinic of Athens
Omonia square. The center of Athens and impoverishment.
The brothers Nikolaos and Andreas Alivizatos founded the Polyclinic of Athens there in 1903. The hospital for the poor but also the medical vanguard.
The then hieromonk Porphyrios Bayraktaris served there for 33 years as a priest. Today one of the greatest saints of the Orthodox Church.
Selfless offer and cruel exploitation. A personal look at the landscape of modern Athens and the figure of a unique saint.
"The memories from this hospital where I also happened to live my childhood, my thoughts on what the camera records from bustling Omonia, the history and the offer of the Athens Polyclinic, my unique meeting with Agios Porphyrios. En Plo publications, as part of the 1st Orthodox Christian Book Fair in Chalkida, present to the Greek public the Documentary by Fenia Papadodima entitled: "Saint Porphyrios and the Polyclinic of Athens"*
After the screening of the documentary, there will be a music program with Fenia Papadodima.
