Fairy tale-theatre (3-10 years)

Once upon a time there was a piece of wood.

It was no luxury wood. A simple log was…

So begins the world's most charming, classic adventure, the story of the most famous little naughty liar with a wonderful warm heart and sharp mind.

From this log Mastro-Geppetto makes a wooden doll that cries and laughs like a child. Pinocchio, mischievous and disobedient, breaks it and finds himself on the road that is full of temptations, and there - with an appetite to learn about life and enjoy his freedom - he will go through crossroads and uphills.

And all this with the voice of reason and conscience at his side, a Cricket. Every step and a life lesson. The lesson, after all, becomes a lesson. He will live incredible adventures, until in the end with the help of the Blue Fairy his wish will come true and he will be transformed into a real boy, ready to enter the world of adult life.

In this book children see an incredibly symbolic and humorous representation of the world. Because the world that revolves around Pinocchio is often inhospitable. In this world he will meet cunning and treacherous characters such as the Cat and the Fox. He will find a negative world but also an ideal world on the Island of Worker Bees. In this world he will learn that altruism and love are what make us better.

Pinocchio with the wooden head that grows every time he tells a lie takes the children with him on a journey-lesson of what only honesty, spontaneity and innocence can give.

On the digital disc that accompanies the release, our little friends will listen to the entire performance that was staged in October 2015 at the "Ilisia" theater directed by Dimitris Adamis.
